Questions about payment options
How should I pay?
Payment should be made only after receipt of the invoice, which is included in the delivery. Payment shall be made in Euro. Methods of payment are indicated under Ordering.
Where can I find your BIC and IBAN codes?
Besides being mentioned on all our invoices, our BIC and [BAN codes can be found here:

What are these codes?
BIC is short for Bank Identifier Code. This code is sometimes called SWIFT code. IBAN is short for International Bank Account Number. BIC and IBAN must be used for all international bank transfers. When using these codes and the option ‘split charges’ for a transfer within the EU, the bank charges will be equal to the charges for an inland transfer.
Questions about ordering
I want to order the eighteenth edition, but the order form is for the seventeenth edition.
Please download the current order form from this website, and change it manually. Please make sure that it is clear that the order form has been changed by hand. This avoids sending the wrong edition when the order form seems to be a regular order form for the current version, which is inconvenient for both parties.

Questions about subscriptions
What is the difference between a subscription copy of the book
and a regular copy?
There is no difference in price or content. A subscription merely makes it easier for you, because you do not have to order the book again each year. Instead, the book is sent to you automatically, immediately after it has been published.
When does a subscription start and when does it end?
By default, your subscription will start when the order form is received by the publisher. The current edition will be sent to you within the standard delivery time. After that, every subsequent edition will be sent to you shortly after it has been published. It is possible to indicate the duration of the subscription on the order form. To do so, please indicate the number of the last subscription copy you would like to receive. For example, if you start the subscription with the 17th edition and the last subscription to be received is the 20th edition, copies of the seventeenth till the twentieth edition will be sent. If no last subscription copy is indicated, the subscription will run until cancelled. A subscription may be cancelled up to one month before publication of the edition not to be sent anymore. Future editions will then no longer be sent. Editions that have already been sent should always be paid for.
I want my subscription to start with the 18th edition, but the order form is for a subscription starting with the 17th edition.
Please change clearly 17th into 18th on the order form, or write on the order form that you would like your subscription to start with the 18th edition.
General questions
Do you give a bookseller's discount?
We are sorry that there is no booksellers discount, because distribution via booksellers has no additional advantages for us, as a small publisher. However, there is a quantity discount.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In general, orders will be despatched within one week from receipt of the order, provided the book is in stock. Delivery in Europe takes about seven days. If you want to receive your order sooner and are willing to pay a surcharge, please indicate on your order that you want faster delivery. Faster delivery usually takes three to four days, depending on the delivery address. The surcharge for faster delivery of a book within Europe is between 0 and 10 Euro.
Are you registered at the Chamber of Commerce?
Yes. We are registered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, with registration no. 171 38482. Our registration number can be found on all our invoices.
